Bao Zheng, prefectural magistrate of Kaifeng, on imperial's order, led civil and military officials of all ranks and descriptions to set imperial guard of honor and held the grand park opening ceremony. The drum and salute sounds echoed to the skies, by Zhang Long, Zhao Hu, Wang Chao and Ma Han waiting at both sides, Bao Zheng declared the imperial edict to welcome all guests from the whole country into the park and enjoy all the delight of the world!
